Items saved here automatically fill in their price when selected in the bid builder.

For purchased phone systems, set Use For to Purchased Phone System. You can manually add equipment, licenses, labor, and other charges and edit the prices whenever they change.

For computer quotes, set Use For to Computer Equipment. Items marked Both remain available in every bid type.

Hosted phone calculator prices are pulled from catalog items with these exact names:

Sangoma P330, Sangoma P370, Grandstream Cordless Handset, Grandstream Handset Base, Switchvox Instance Registration Key, Hosted PBX Installation Fee, Hosted System Fee, VoIP Service Line, Long Distance - 500 Minutes, Long Distance - 1,000 Minutes.

Tier 1: $50/month   Tier 2: $100/month   Tier 3: $200/month

Send 911 Customer Form

Create a private, hard-to-guess link for the customer. The customer does not need a login. Use Send Email to open a pre-addressed message in your email app.

How It Works

1. Enter the customer and email.
2. The builder creates a unique 911 form link.
3. The customer opens the link with no credentials, adds notification recipients, 911 locations with callback contacts, and notes, then submits.
4. The completed response appears below for your review.

Important: Customer submissions are collected for your 911 configuration workflow. Review the information before making any live 911 changes.
